Missouri India Pale Ale

AON is the first beer I made at the brewery. It is a hop sandwich brewed with Simoce & Columbus Hops, which are the greatest things in the world besides a good smack in the face.

Boulevard Single-Wide IPA is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.
